Orders purchased directly from the shop typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. Custom orders require 3-6 weeks to finish, depending on the complexity of the request and the shipping distance

After taking impressions, rinse them thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any debris or residue. Gently shake off excess water, then place the impressions back into the original packaging. Ensure they are secure and protected during transport. Finally, return the package to your local postal service for shipment

Please notify me within 3-5 business days after returning your impression if you need to make any changes to your design. If approved, you will receive an invoice reflecting the updated price.

We do not reimburse for failed impressions. If you experience a failed impression, you must reorder a new impression kit and include your original order number when purchasing.

To request a rush order, please send an email with your order number and the desired time frame. Pricing varies based on the complexity of your design and the urgency of the delivery. Once we receive your request, we will provide a customized quote.
